In 2020, humanity faced a challenge that blurred the distinctions between people, nations, countries. The entire world had to face a global threat. The pandemic has separated us making it risky to stay together. Usual sports activities have been restricted.

But we can still stay together as a team even if we don't share the same playground. We believe that sport should be available to everyone, even in an era of restrictions. Join us, participate in the celebration of Qatar National Sport Day, and become part of a united sports movement.

History of QNSD
Qatar National Sport Day is a public holiday in Qatar that has been celebrated annually on the second Tuesday of February since 2012. Traditionally, this day is declared an official day off, and locals can devote it to practicing sports and spending their time with family and friends. The idea is to highlight the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the proximity of sports for everyone.

In 2021, the Qatar National Sport Day oversteps the borders of Qatar and comes to Moscow. The Qatar Embassy in Russia invites everyone to join the activities specially tailored to the Day on 9 - 13 February.
